" I recently lost two atv's in a fire an 06' Kawasaki bruteforce and a 08' Polaris Sportsman 800 (which I purchased from Cycleworks Calgary). The fire was a really bad experience that I hope will never happen again. While I was dealing with my insurance company, the team at Cycleworks helped me get back on the trails for a vacation that I had planned, and they are continuing to help me get into two new 850xp's with eps. I cannot thank them enough for all there help through our bad luck.

"I have never had so much fun purchasing a new Bike. Had a great experience with the Jay. He was easy to deal with and really knew his stuff. The Alicia, Kelly and Denise in the accessory department were very helpful and informative. They took the time to explain each different product and made sure that I was 100% comfortable in each item I picked. They went above and beyond when they had to order a particular graphic of the helmet I wanted, it was going to take 3 days to come in and one of the girls let me use her helmet until mine arrived so I would not miss ANY riding time. A huge thanks to everyone that helped me out with my purchase. I WILL be back!"

"I have dealt with both the Edmonton and Acheson locations. I orinally bought my 07 zx6r from the Acheson which was a great experience. But the true test for customer service came from the Edmonton location. Shortly after buying the bike I started to experience problems with the bike stalling. During the summer of 08 the edmonton location had my bike for about 3 weeks. Bike worked on under warranty, thought problem was solved. Following summer, 09 problem began again. I brought the bike in June 15 and the guys worked on the bike with kawasaki in the loop for almost 2 months before they finally figured out what was causing the stalling. Turns out I was the problem, I had painted my bike and some how got paint flecks in the tank which plugged the fuel pump. Since it was my fault kawaski said i had to pay for everything. But the guys at the shop felt bad that it took so long to figure out what the problem was so they didn't feel justified to charge me for all the hours that were spent trying to diagnose the problem so they basically cut the bill in half. Both the service and parts department staff showed me true customer service and earned my loyalty in using them for anything to do with my bike from now on. These people definetely know how to treat a customer. "

"I have absolutly nothing negitive to say about the Calgary CycleWorks. I have bought 3 quads from them and 6 of my friendS also have bought form there and nothing but positive response. The parts girls are great and service is top notch. Real sad to see Todd our salesman leave and Jeneane in parts go to edmonton but everyone there are a great bunch of people.

"Well overall I was incredibly impressed with my experience. I had dealt with Allison at parts, she was great, pleasant and very positive to do her best to help me out. She even walked me up to the reception desk where Kaylee was also very plesant and easy to deal with. "Wendy & I dropped into the Acheson branch to 'look' at some sledding clothing. At that point we didn't even own a sled, but were VERY keen on getting involved. We hadn't even considered Polaris, not knowing if they offered a 2 up touring sled.
We saw an 08 FST IQ sitting in the showroom, which was sold. I asked to look round the sled & try it for size (I'm 6'4"). Tim came over to help, he was friendly, very informative & helped me make the decission to put a deposit on a similar model - the deal was just a 'no brainer'.
That done we looked at clothing & Joy/Jan (sorry her name escapes me now - young slim girl with long hair) came to our assistance. Wow this girl is GREAT! Again warm & friendly but just could not do enough for us. We had box's of boots & helmets all over the floor, but she remained very friendly & SUPER helpful. Folks, you have a diamond here, can't speak highly enough of her & the over all experience of being in the store.
I hope this is going to be the start of a long relationship between Wendy & I & Polaris & especially Cycle Works at Acheson. Thanks very much.
