*Due to differences  in distances and size of shipment, Shipping Charges may not be as calculated on order. You will be contacted by Cycle Works to verify Shipping Charges before your order is completed*

           Why are my actual shipping charges different from my quoted shipping charges?

Currently, the shopping cart software we are using does not allow for shipping to be calculated by distance of shipment. Since the most inexpensive way we can offer you shipping is by using Canada Post we must estimate this cost after we have calculated the shipping distance. To avoid shipping charges you can always pick up an order at one of our Cycle Works.

      Can I return the product I have ordered?

Your order can be returned within 15 days of receiving it as long as it meets the following conditions:

·         The product must be in its original packaging with all tags, manuals and accessories attached. In the case of helmets and apparel the product cannot have been worn. The product must in 100% resalable condition for a refund.

·         Certain products such as electrical products and leather suits are non-returnable. Cycle Works will notify you before your order is completed if one of your products is deemed to be non-returnable. As well any item in one of the 3 Garage Sale Catalogs is a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance.

·         The product is subject to a 30% re-stocking fee unless otherwise dictated

·         The consumer is responsible for the shipping charges back to Cycle Works. Shipping and handling charges from the original order are not refundable. If you are returning a part due to Cycle Works error we will gladly pay for it to be shipped back to us.

·         You must call 780-440-3200 ext  2340 or email ATTN:RMA  to obtain an RMA number.

·         Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement

·         A valid RMA number must be written clearly on the outside of the packaging. Incomplete or unauthorized returns will be refused. The customer is responsible for any additional damage to an item or loss during shipment to Cycle Works. Therefore, we recommend that all items be shipped to us via a prepaid, insured, traceable method. Returns from Canadian Customers must be shipped to our Edmonton address:

      How long will my order take to arrive?

The length of time before you receive your order is dependent on the current inventory on the product ordered. Cycle Works will always contact you with the estimated time of arrival of your parts before your order is completed.

      Why can I only pay by PayPal?

Currently the easiest and safest method of payment we have available to us is PayPal. PayPal is also one of the safest payment methods available to the consumer as your credit card number never changes hands. For more information or to get a free account go to


RISKS DURING SHIPPING. When products are shipped to you by common carrier, Cycle Work’s liability to you for breakage and/or non-delivery of the products by the common carrier to you will be limited by the limits of liability provided by the carrier's terms and conditions of carriage. If you wish to purchase insurance from loss or breakage during carriage for full insurable value of the products you have ordered please request this to Cycle Work’s while placing order.


THIS RETURN POLICY IS NOT A WARRANTY. Cycle Works reserves the right to change or to cancel it at any time before accepting your order. For all refunds, you need to precisely follow the procedures listed above to ensure the return of your refund. You need to also allow a reasonable period of time for the product to arrive at our location and pass an inspection process.
